Event Details

Join Katie, Registered Dietitian from Food Explorers to make Key Lime Pie! This tart and delicious pie is easier than you think- as easy as pie, in fact!

You’ll need the following ingredients:

  • Graham crackers
  • Sugar
  • Butter
  • 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
  • Sour cream
  • Lime juice or 5-6 limes (or 10-12 Key Limes if you can find them!)
  • Heavy cream
  • Powdered sugar.

You will also need a pie dish.

Families of 6th-12th Grade attendees are also welcome (just register as the primary teen when signing up, though!).

Registration is required as space is limited and in order to receive Zoom Meeting Credentials. Zoom Meeting Credentials will be sent out in the reminder email approximately 24 hours before the start of the program.

This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Southbury Public Library and is a part of our 2021 Teen Summer Reading Program: Tails & Tales. Find out more about our summer reading program here!
