Event Details
Join us to work on your craft together, or to chat about how it went (note: if you are planning on working on it together, having your felt cut out before the program will help). In the two weeks leading up to this program, pick up a physical craft kit from the Second Floor of the Southbury Public Library. Each kit will have instructions and all supplies needed (except scissors). International Migratory Bird Day was on Saturday, May 8 this year, but we want to celebrate birds the entire month. You can choose between two birds that travel to be in Connecticut: the blue-green tree swallow or yellow and gray Connecticut warbler.
No registration is required to take the kits, but registration is required to join us for the virtual meetup so we can be sure to email you the Zoom Link!
Please note: this event is not intended specifically as an instruction session, in part because your bookmark will probably take longer than an hour to complete. We are more than happy to answer questions, help troubleshoot any issues, tell you what's next, and chat, but this meeting will not be structured in the same way as our in-person Teen DIY programs were.
