Program Description

Event Details

We will be discussing The Bad-Ass Librarians of Timbuktu: And Their Race to Save the World’s Most Precious Manuscripts by Joshua Hammer for our October meeting. This meeting will be taking place on Zoom.

Copies of the book are available digitally on Hoopla. Physical copies will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis. If you are not comfortable coming into the library to pick up a book, please contact the reference desk for alternate pickup service.

Like all Southbury Public Library programs, this presentation is free to attend and open to anyone regardless of town of residency. Registration is required. This program is run by library staff.
