Event Details

Join admissions essay coach Gary Santaniello to learn how to make your college admissions essay stand out. He will show how to tell a compelling personal story in your unique voice, starting with how to choose an essay topic (if not supplied), and including how to marshal your thoughts and words in clear, effective writing.

Gary Santaniello has been an admissions essay coach for the past 15 years, working one on one with high school and college students and making presentations to groups. He is also an Alumni Admissions Interviewer for his college alma mater, a very selective Liberal Arts college in New England, for the past 10 years. Previously a staff writer and editor at various publications, Gary has also contributed to a number of national publications as a freelance writer.

Like all teen programs, this event is open to residents of any town and sponsored by the Friends of the Southbury Public Library.
