Program Description

Event Details

Join Katie, Registered Dietitian from Food Explorers, to make homemade Sweet Potato Gnocchi with Garlic Butter Sauce! These light, fluffy, and slightly sweet pillows of goodness don't require any special cooking equipment. For this program, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • Sweet Potatoes (approximately 1LB)
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Salt
  • Flour
  • Butter
  • Garlic
  • Cream or Milk

Space is limited to ensure that Katie has enough time to guide everyone through the program, answer questions, and troubleshoot if needed, so registration is required.

Families of 6th-12th Grade attendees are also welcome (just register as the primary teen when signing up, though!).
