Join Katie, Registered Dietitian from Food Explorers to make Zucchini Naan Bread with a Roasted Veggie Dip!
To make this recipe you’ll need the following ingredients: 1 medium zucchini, flour, baking powder, salt, plain Greek yogurt, butter, plus your choice of vegetables to roast, (cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, zucchini, red onion, carrots, etc.), 4 oz. cream cheese, olive oil, and 1 can white/cannellini beans or chickpeas.
This class will be conducted using Zoom. Participants will receive a Zoom link and credentials the morning of the program.
