Food Explorers is back! Let's make dinner together!
Join Katie, Registered Dietitian from Food Explorers to make Southwest Taquitos! You'll be using egg roll wrappers stuffed with filling and then baked to achieve a golden brown, crispy taquito.
You’ll need the following ingredients: 1 onion, garlic, 1 bell pepper, 1 can black beans, frozen/canned corn, shredded Mexican cheese, EGROLL wrappers (found in the refrigerated section/ethnic foods), plus optional: cilantro, cumin, sour cream, lime and avocado. Optional avocado can be combined with sour cream to make a sauce.
This class will be conducted using Zoom. Participants will receive a Zoom link and credentials the morning of the program.
