Food Explorers is back! Let's make dinner together!

Join the Registered Dietitians from Food Explorers to make Mozzarella Sticks with Marinara Sauce! Pro tip - you will need to FREEZE your string cheese for one hour before class begins.

To make this recipe you’ll need the following ingredients: mozzarella cheese sticks (sting cheese is usually found in dairy area of supermarket), flour, 2 eggs, olive oil, breadcrumbs, 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes, 1 onion, 1-2 garlic cloves, and optional spices like thyme, rosemary, chili flakes.

This class will be conducted using Zoom. Participants will receive a Zoom link and credentials the morning of the program.
