Food Explorers is back! Let's make dinner together!
Join Katie, Registered Dietitian from Food Explorers to make homemade pasta for your family! You’ll learn how to mix, knead, roll and cut your own fettuccine without needing a pasta machine! Using just a rolling pin and some muscles, you’ll have perfect pasta in no time.
You will need the following ingredients for this recipe: 2 eggs, AP flour, olive oil, salt and your choice of sauce and side.
This class will be conducted using Zoom. Participants will receive a Zoom link and credentials.
