Food Explorers is back! It's winter break and we're hungry. Let's make fudge!
Join Katie, Registered Dietitian from Food Explorers to make homemade fudge two ways! You’ll learn how to make Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Fudge and Chocolate Peppermint Fudge from scratch.
You’ll need the following ingredients for these recipes: chocolate chips (1 cup), 1 cup white chocolate chips (optional), 2 cans sweetened condensed milk, peppermint candy or candy canes, sugar, vanilla and flour. No special equipment required.
This class will be conducted using Zoom. Participants will receive a Zoom link and credentials.
