Event Details

Join Food Explorers for a bread making workshop! You’ll make your own Focaccia bread masterpiece by decorating with fresh vegetables and herbs, and make dinner rolls from scratch in this two hour class.

You’ll need the following ingredients:

  • Flour (~6 cups total for both recipes),
  • Yeast,
  • Salt,
  • Sugar,
  • Olive oil,
  • 1 egg,
  • Butter,
  • Salt
  • Your choice of decorative toppings, such as: peppers, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, onion, olives, fresh parsley, rosemary, etc. The more colors the better!

Families of 6th-12th Grade attendees are also welcome (just register as the primary teen when signing up, though!).

Registration is required as space is limited and in order to receive Zoom Meeting Credentials. Zoom Meeting Credentials will be sent out in the reminder email approximately 24 hours before the start of the program.
