Join Katie, Registered Dietitian from Food Explorers to make Creamy Gnocchi Soup! We’ll be making Sweet Potato Gnocchi from scratch and cooking them in a delicious creamy vegetable soup!

You’ll need the following ingredients:

  • Peeled sweet potato
  • Ricotta
  • Parmesan
  • Flour
  • 4 cups chicken OR vegetable broth
  • Milk
  • 1 onion
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 sticks celery
  • Carrots
  • Your choice of seasonings: thyme, rosemary, bay leaf, etc.

A cheese grater is recommended. Please peel your sweet potato before this program.

Families of 6th-12th Grade attendees are also welcome (just register as the primary teen when signing up, though!).
