Join Food Explorers for a two hour baking workshop! In this special program you’ll be two brand new recipes! You’ll be making Mini Maple Pear Donuts and Puff Pastry Apple Rings. These recipes are nut free but will contain dairy, eggs and gluten.

About Food Explorers: Founded by Registered Dietician Katie Shepherd, Food Explorers empowers children and teens to learn about food, nutrition, and healthy eating through hands-on activities, games, and child and teen friendly cooking lessons. A UConn graduate, Katie took the plunge to create Food Explorers because she knew she wanted to work with kids and teens. All Food Explorers instructors are Registered Dieticians who are passionate about providing kids and teens with knowledge about health and nutrition, empowering them to make their own healthy choices. Find out more about Food Explorers on their websiteInstagram, or Facebook page.
