Event Details

Join Food Explorers for a delicious evening where you’ll be making homemade ricotta gnocchi! You’ll learn how to make, knead, roll and shape your gnocchi to make them light and fluffy. Recipe is nut free but will contain dairy, eggs and gluten."

Please note: this event will be held off site in the Kitchen/Arts & Craft Room of Southbury Parks & Recreation at 561 Main Street South. The Kitchen/Arts & Crafts room is immediately to your right as soon as you enter through both sets of glass doors.

Like all Southbury Public Library programs, this event is free to attend and open to anyone regardless of town of residency.
