Join us for a talk on resilience with Bob Schmidt, LPC.  Explore the things you can do when you are feeling stressed, anxious or depressed.  Learn more about sleep, resilience, and finding meaning and purpose

Bob Schmidt, LPC is a nationally recognized mental health counselor who lives and practices in Sandy Hook, CT.  He is the author of a new self-help book, “Finding Resilience.”
