Program Description

Event Details

Long-time popular solo artists, T-Bone Stankus and Brian Gillie have teamed up as the Elderly Brothers, serving up mint-condition “oldies” rock ‘n’ roll with pitch-perfect harmonies and soulful improvisations as fresh as the originals.  No sleepwalk down memory lane with these guys.  Their radiant renditions and audience interaction are unsurpassed.  Enjoy the solid groove and the upbeat, move-it-or-lose-it, ‘50s and ‘60s bandstand repertoire that has made each of them such talented, innovative and celebrated performers.  sh BOOM!

Long-time music teacher, singer, dance choreographer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, Brian Gillie has been offering music, song and dance programs and concerts for ages 2 through 92 since 1983.

Tom "T-Bone" Stankus is an American musician based in Bristol, Connecticut. He is known for performing comedic stylings with his acoustic guitar.  He is most noted for his song "Existential Blues," which heavily references the 1939 Wizard of Oz movie and was featured on the Dr. Demento: 20th Anniversary Collection
